Q: How long does it take to photograph a house?
A: For a basic shoot it takes between 20-30 minutes,Our gold shoot takes around 45-60 minutes, floor plan mapping takes an extra 20-30 minutes.
Q: Do I have to be a real estate agent to use your service?
A: We generally market our services to Real Estate agents and this is where we allocate our schedule to. However we can photograph properties for those that have a need for our services. Contact us to discuss your needs.
Q: Do you provide Australia wide service?
A: Yes we cover all of Australia, Some regional areas may incur travel charges.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We operate Monday to Friday from 8:00am until twilight hours, This is because early morning and dusk hours are the best times to capture a property's full potential.
Q: How many photos do you take of the house?
A: for a basic shoot - 6 images - For a gold shoot - 12-16 images - for a Diamond shoot - 20 - 30 images
Q: What sort of preparation does the house require before you photograph it?
A: We have written an article on preparing a property for a photo shoot, you can find it here Generally make sure the lawn is cut, all rubbish has been removed, the house is clean and neat inside and if you require a night time shot, make sure all feature lighting is working.
Q: Can I choose to have my photos on a CD?
A: Yes you can, there is a $15 charge for CD's, We prefer to use an online delivery system as it means you get your photos faster.
